At BuyGrow Seedlings, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all our customers, including transparent delivery options and refund procedures.

However, it is essential that customers select the correct delivery zone at checkout to avoid delays or miscommunication.

Incorrect Delivery Selection

If a customer residing outside the Nelson Mandela Bay / Gqeberha area mistakenly selects the local delivery option and is notified that their location requires national delivery and declines to pay the applicable delivery fee, then a refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative and handling fee.

This fee covers payment processing costs and administrative handling of the order and refund. We encourage all customers to carefully review their delivery selection based on their actual location to avoid unnecessary charges. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the products are unused, duplicated, in the original packaging and in the same condition they were received in. You must also cover the cost of return shipping/delivery fees. or exchanged at BuyGrow Elephant Walk.

Warranty

We do not offer warranty on any of our products and will not be liable for incidental damages caused during delivery.

Please keep in mind that all of our products are intended for outdoor use. We are unable to replace products if seedlings, trees or flowers have been kept indoors.
